Ingredients
Unflavoured gelatine - 1 Tablespoon
which is the main ingredient in this face .You can get gelatin from any grocery store, it’s very easily available...


Honey - 1/2 Tablespoon

Hot milk - 2 Tablespoon,, make sure that its very hot.
Tea tree essential oil - 4 - 5 drops, now this is optional.


Let's make it.
Take a bowl, add 1 Tablespoon of unflavored gelatin, then add 2 tablespoons of hot milk and mix very well in to a smooth paste, so basically gelatin and the hot milk is going to create a sticky compound capable of pulling out the hairs, clog and freeing the pores and that’s why you need to use hot milk or else its nott going to mix very well.. Now add in half a tablespoon of honey and again mix very well. And then add 4-5 drops of tea tree essential oil. (its optional)


Now let's apply it
make sure that your face is clean. Then take a warm wash cloth and place it onto your face to open your pores. Now you can start applying the mask. If you think that your mixture is getting hard then pop it into a microwave for like 5 secs Be careful that it's not too hot, because you don’t burn yourself and apply quickly before its cold because the gelatin can harden very quickly. using a brush makes it easier to apply. Make sure to apply it to the areas where you want to remove your unwanted hairs, blackheads and the whiteheads and all that gunk’s. and also make sure to avoid the areas like your eyebrows, eyelashes and the hairlines because you definitely don’t want to pull out those hairs.
Now wait for 30mins or until its dry completely, it’s very important to make sure that its 100% dry. हल्का वजन कम होना भी डायबिटीज का लक्षण माना जाता है, इसलिए अगर आपका वजन कम हो रहा है तो इसे नजरअंदाज न करें और डायबिटीज की जांच कराएं।

डायबिटीज आँखों पर एक टोल लेता है और अक्सर धुंधला हो जाता है। अगर आपको काले धब्बे या धुंधली दृष्टि दिखाई देने लगे तो आपको खुद को डायबिटीज का परीक्षण करवाना चाहिए।

ऐसे करें डायबिटीज पर नियंत्रण

डायबिटीज को आसानी से नियंत्रित किया जा सकता है। डायबिटीज को नियंत्रित करने के लिए मीठी चीजों का सेवन बंद कर देना चाहिए।

समय-समय पर डायबिटीज की जांच करानी चाहिए और डॉक्टर द्वारा बताई गई दवा का सेवन करना चाहिए।

नीम की पत्तियां खाने से शरीर में शुगर लेवल बना रहता है इसलिए रोजाना कम से कम 3 से 5 नीम की पत्तियों का सेवन करना चाहिए।

अगर आपको डायबिटीज है तो आपको हरी सब्जियों का सेवन बढ़ाना चाहिए और रोजाना दाल का सेवन करना चाहिए।

योग करें और रोजाना कम से कम दो किलोमीटर पैदल चलें।

इसलिए शुगर लेवल नियंत्रित रहने पर भी मीठी चीजों का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए। समय-समय पर जांच कराते रहना चाहिए। यदि आपको डायबिटीज है, तो आपको हर 3 सप्ताह में अपनी डायबिटीज की जांच करानी चाहिए। कई लोग डायबिटीज होने पर भी जांच नहीं कराते हैं, जो कि गलत है।

जोड़ सूज जाते हैं और रोगी को चलने-फिरने में कठिनाई होती है। इस रोग के होने पर घुटने, अंगुलियों में, कलाई, कोहनी, कंधे में दर्द होने लगता है। इस समस्या से जल्दी छुटकारा पाने के लिए आप डॉक्टर की दवा के साथ कुछ घरेलू उपाय करके भी इस दर्द से राहत पा सकते हैं। कर सकना

-हर रोज 100 मिली कद्दू का जूस पीने से दर्द में आराम मिलता है, लेकिन इसे खाने से पहले पिएं।

- सुंथा यानी सूखा अदरक जो औषधीय गुणों से भरपूर है, जिन्हें गठिया की समस्या है उनके लिए बहुत फायदेमंद है। आप इसका सेवन कभी भी कर सकते हैं। साथ ही सूंथा रोगों की उत्तम औषधि है। कुछ अदरक को पीस लें। इससे दर्द से तुरंत राहत मिलेगी।

गठिया के कारण होने वाले दर्द पर एलोवेरा जेल लगाने से काफी आराम मिलता है। इससे आपको दर्द से तुरंत राहत मिलती है।

- गाजर, गाजर गठिया के दर्द में बहुत फायदेमंद होता है। गाजर को गर्म पानी में उबालकर भी सेवन किया जा सकता है। लेकिन कच्ची गाजर का जूस पीना ज्यादा फायदेमंद होता है। गाजर खाने से शरीर को उचित मात्रा में पोषण मिलता है। रोजाना गाजर का जूस पीने से जोड़ों के दर्द से छुटकारा मिलता है। अगर इसमें भी आंवले का रस मिला दिया जाए तो यह और भी फायदेमंद हो जाता है।

-लहसुन रोगियों के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद होता है। अगर आप इसका सेवन नहीं करना चाहते हैं तो 2-2 ग्राम केसर, जीरा, हींग, कैलामारी और अदरक लेकर पेस्ट बना लें और अरंडी के तेल में भून लें। मौके पर आवेदन करें। लहसुन पेट दर्द, वात रोग, गले के रोग आदि में भी औषधि का काम करता है। किसी भी प्रकार के दर्द में लहसुन के रस के प्रभाव से यूरिक एसिड घुल जाता है और मूत्र मार्ग से तरल रूप में निकल जाता है।

-जोड़ों में बहुत दर्द होने पर अरंडी के तेल की मालिश करने से दर्द से जल्दी आराम मिलता है और सूजन भी कम होती है।

-अजमा का तेल- इससे शरीर के अन्य अंगों में होने वाले दर्द को भी दूर किया जा सकता है। एक बोतल में 10 ग्राम अजमा का तेल, 10 ग्राम पुदीना और 20 ग्राम कपूर मिलाकर रख लें। अजमा के तेल का प्रयोग करने से तुरंत लाभ मिलता है। साथ ही इसकी कुछ बूंदों की मालिश करने से दर्द से राहत मिलती है। जोड़ों के दर्द, जोड़ों की अकड़न में अजमा के तेल की मालिश फायदेमंद साबित होती है।

- जायफल के तेल को सरसों के तेल में मिलाकर पुराने जोड़ की सूजन पर मालिश करने से लाभ होता है। यह संयुक्त-स्थान को खोलता है जो भीड़ के कारण तंग है। इससे जोड़ों के दर्द में राहत मिलती है। जायफल के चूर्ण को शहद के साथ सेवन करने से जोड़ों के दर्द में आराम मिलता है।

अगर आप आंखों के नीचे काले घेरे से परेशान हैं तो टमाटर के इस्तेमाल से आप इन्हें दूर कर सकते हैं। जानिए टमाटर का उपयोग कैसे करें। रात को देर से सोना, नींद की कमी या त्वचा की अनुचित देखभाल आंखों के नीचे काले घेरे का कारण बन सकती है। लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं कि टमाटर एक ऐसी चीज है जो आपके चेहरे के काले घेरों से छुटकारा दिलाने में आपकी मदद कर सकता है। और साथ ही यह आपकी त्वचा को खूबसूरत भी बनाता है

टमाटर और एलोवेरा में त्वचा की रक्षा करने वाले गुण होते हैं जो आपकी आंखों के नीचे की सूजन को कम कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए 1 टमाटर और 1 चम्मच ताजा एलोवेरा जेल लें। टमाटर को मिक्सर जार में डालकर पेस्ट बना लीजिए. इस पेस्ट को एक बाउल में लें और इसमें एलोवेरा जेल डालकर दोनों को अच्छी तरह मिला लें। इस पेस्ट को अपनी आंखों के नीचे लगाएं। इसके बाद इसे 15 मिनट तक उबलने दें। इसके बाद ठंडे पानी से मुंह धो लें। इस विधि को हफ्ते में 1-2 बार करें।
